Chicken spaghetti with yogurt sauce is a suitable dish for those who are on a healthy diet. Greek yogurt in this recipe replaces the greasy creamy sauce of pasta every day. This helps the dish reduce calories but still full of nutrients. Let’s learn how to cook chicken spaghetti with yogurt sauce.
Chicken spaghetti ingredients for yogurt sauce:
- Spaghetti 100 gr
- Yogurt 100 gr (Greek)
- 4 fruits tomatoes
- Chicken breast 1 pc
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Musk 1 tsp (Thyme)
- Minced garlic 2 teaspoons
Rinse the chicken breast with salt to reduce the fishy smell. Cut the chicken breasts in half and season with a pinch of salt, dried thyme leaves, soy sauce, Greek yogurt. You should marinate the chicken in advance for at least 2 hours or preferably overnight in the refrigerator. When done, put the chicken in a baking tray and bake at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
Cook in a pot of boiling water, add a pinch of salt and add spaghetti to soft boil. Pour into a drain basket through cold water and mix with some cooking oil or olive so that the noodles do not stick together. If you eat immediately, do not need to flush through cold water. Put the pan on the stove, add some cooking oil, pour the minced garlic first, until you see the oil starts to boil, add garlic to stir-fry, add the tomatoes, stir well until cooked.
When the tomatoes are ready, continue stirring until the water runs out. Add the marinated yogurt water to the pan, continue to boil the mixture to a paste. Season with salt to taste.
Note: Boil for about 20 minutes and then take out, put in cold water immediately so that the pasta is still crispy, soft but not friable and not sticky.
You put the pasta on a plate, scoop the tomato yogurt sauce onto the noodles, then grill the grilled chicken on top. This is an extremely healthy dish, minimalist ingredients, for those who are on a diet or those who do not have much time to cook water. Wishing you success and delicious.
