Steamed tofu with mushrooms

Tofu is a popular ingredient in vegetarian food because of the nutrients it brings to vegetarians. Tofu has many different ways of processing. I would like to introduce my nutritious steamed mushroom tofu with mushrooms full of nutrition or make vegetarian meals. Let’s learn how to cook this dish.

Ingredients to make steamed tofu with mushroom:

  • 1 piece tofu
  • vegetatian sesoning 3 gr
  • Ganoderma brown 30 gr
  • Scallions 5 gr
  • Oyster sauce 3 gr

Step 1:

Cut the tofu into cubes and eat into porcelain cups. Add tofu with 5gr seasoning seeds, marinate to spice the surface. Cut the mushrooms into small cubes, wash and then onto the tofu. Add some chopped scallions and some oyster sauce to the top of the tofu.

Step 2:

Put the tofu into the pot and steam for 7 minutes with high heat until the mushrooms are cooked, the hot tofu can be enjoyed.
