Roasted chicken with salt and lemongrass

Ingredients fried chicken with lemongrass salt 

  • Chicken meat 500 gr
  • Shallot minced 10 gr
  • Minced garlic 10 gr
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt 1 tablespoon
  • Green beans without shells 15 gr
  • Rice 30 gr
  • Pepper 1/2 tablespoon

Step 1:

Chicken we bought and washed, cut into bite-sized pieces. Marinate chicken with 10gr minced onion, 10gr minced garlic, 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 egg yolk for 15 minutes to infuse spices.

Step 2:

Pour oil into the pan, turn on the stove, add lemongrass and lime leaves to fry. To make lemongrass and lime leaves crispy when frying, make sure to dry or blot lemongrass and lime leaves before frying.

Step 3:

Chicken is marinated through cornstarch to make it crispy. Still pan of fried lemongrass oil and lemon leaves, fried chicken until golden on both sides, then turn off the kitchen, remove chicken oil absorbent paper drain.

Step 4:

Step 5:

Put the chicken in a pan, sprinkle with salt and grind finely on the chicken. Stir on low heat for about 3 minutes, then turn off the heat.
