Fried salmon with coriander and dill sauce

Salmon is not only a delicious and easy to eat food but it is also nutritious with lots of nutrition, protein and very little fat so it is good for health especially for the little ones. When fried, salmon becomes a delicious dish, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, dipping into greasy sauce extremely attractive. Ingredients of fried salmon with coriander sauce dill:

Fried salmon

  • Salmon 300 gr
  • 1 egg chicken
  • Wheat flour 30 gr
  • Flour fried 50 gr
  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Cooking oil 100 ml

Coriander and dill sauce :

  • Mayonnaise 100 gr
  • Dill 20 gr
  • Cilantro 10 gr
  • Need ship 10 gr
  • Garlic 10 gr
  • Maggi fish sauce 2 tbsp
  • 2 tbsp white sugar

Step 1:

Salmon washed, removed all bones, peeled off the skin and cut into small squares like dices.

Step 2:

Marinate salmon with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper for 10 minutes to infuse. Prepare 3 cups of beaten egg, flour and fried bread. In turn, dip each of the salmon pellets into flour, chicken eggs and fried flour so that each coat of fish has a layer of crispy breadcrumbs.
