King oyster mushroom sauteed vegetarian

King oyster mushroom is the queen of mushrooms because the nutrient content is many times higher with regular mushrooms and the taste is crispy sweet, so I would love to use this mushroom for cooking. On vegetarian days or even weekdays, when I’m tired of fish or meat, I still use king oyster mushrooms for my meal but still full of nutrition. When I don’t have time, I usually make vegetarian King oyster mushroom dish to save time but still taste very good. The dish only needs 10 minutes to process. Refer to his method decent.

Raw ingredients for sauteed king oyster mushroom 

  • Chicken drumstick 300 gr
  • Vegetarian Seasoning : 1 teaspoon
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Ground pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  • 1 bulb garlic
  • Honey 1 teaspoon
  • Cooking oil 2 teaspoons

Step 1:

King oyster mushroom when you buy it, remember to wash your hands lightly, can be soaked in a little brine. Then cut the mushrooms in 2 vertically. Cut the diagonal shape inside the mushroom so that the sauté pan is more beautiful.

Step 2:

Marinate mushrooms with seasonings, soy sauce, ground pepper, honey and gently massage the mushrooms to infuse the spices.

Step 3:

Add cooking oil to pan, stir-fry 1 crushed garlic. Put the mushrooms in a salute to medium heat 2-3 minutes for the mushrooms to burn beautifully then turn off the stove.

Step 4:

When eating, make sure to sprinkle some roasted sesame seeds on your dish and some cilantro to make the dish more eye-catching and flavorful. This vegetarian King oyster mushroom dish you can eat with hot white rice or served with stir-fried rice vermicelli, stir-fried noodles … are all very suitable.
